  • How do I track my order?

- Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a delivery confirmation. In the email there is a link with a tracking number that you can click on to get to our delivery partner, where you can follow your order all the way to your home.

  • How do I change my delivery address?

- If you want to change your address, you need to contact us immediately via email. Please note that we cannot change the address if the order has already been shipped from our warehouse.

  • What happens if I don't pick up my package?

- If you do not pick up your order, the package will be sent back to us. You will then be charged 110 SEK for all costs associated with a non-picked up package.

  • Where can I find my order confirmation?

- As soon as you have created an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email you provided when the order was created.

  • Can I change my perfume?

- We do not exchange perfumes.

  • Can I make a return?

- Yes, we have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your package.

  • How do I return my product?

- If you wish to return your order, please contact us via our email so that we can assist you further. Please note that perfume is a cosmetic and for hygiene reasons, perfume must not have an open seal when returned.
